First draft - intro.

We should encourage to use computer and remove negative effects. (Positive effects of computer)

Some people say that computer is useful but it can cause negative effects such as addiction. Yes, computer can cause serious problem if someone use it excessively. But, if we think carefully, we can find lots of positive effects of computer. Today, Computers and the Internet have touched almost all aspects of life. Because, computer make people do their work very comfotably and find informations easily.  
 However, as I say,  it makes some problem too. It can cause addiction or some violent behavior because there are some violent and lewd things in cyber space. But I think positive effects are more than negaitve  effects and we can eliminate the negative effects of computer through internet education and censorship.  And computer became one of the most important thing to people, so we can't neglect and remove it. So I assert that we should not neglect to use computer but encourage. And to eliminate some problems, we should learn how to avoid some negative effects.
